We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team at Kynd! As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support across calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Provide detailed information about our products, policies, and services.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (English & Sinhala).
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing social media and email platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • A love for fashion and aligning with the Kynd brand ethos.
