RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return and Exchange Eligibility ( Read this to see if you are eligible for a return / Exchange)
We accept returns within 21 days for all items purchased online or Fashion Truck, except for items discounted by 20% or more. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unwashed condition.
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items showing signs of pilling may be denied.
- Items with markings or stains will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted.
- Accessories like jewellery and bags cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Our 21-day warranty does not cover regular wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or accidents.
If your product meet our return conditions, our team will provide store credit to the email associated with your order, excluding shipping costs.
Store credit, coupon codes, or gift cards remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.
