Need that dress for tonight? Place your order before 1:30 PM Monday - Friday to receive your order before 9 PM!
If your Same Day Order is placed after 1:30 PM Monday - Friday or Saturday or on a Sunday or public holiday then your order will be delivered the following business day.
Customers must provide a business or residential address where somebody can accept the delivery from our courier.

- When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 12 PM Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.
Purchases made on weekends and on Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

Aramex - 3 to 10 Business Days* . Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
- Customs Charges
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Kynd does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note Kynd does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.
